2009년 7월 27일, “통일 한국을 위한 전 세계 회개와 기도의 날”에 하나님께서는 북녘 동포의 해방과 인권을 위하여 일어날 대중 연합 시위운동의 필요성에 관해 비전과 지시를 주셨습니다. 그 후 며칠간, 지속적이고도 연합된 대중 시위운동을 통하여 아래와 같은 일들이 일어날 것을 보여 주셨습니다;

On July 27th, 2009, "The Global Day of Repentance and Prayer for an Unified Korea", God gave a vision and instruction concerning the necessity for mass, united demonstrations to arise for North Korean Liberation and Human Rights. He revealed in the days which followed that through a constant, united, mass demonstrative movement;

1) 북녘 동포들의 해방과 속량이 있을 것입니다. (이루 헤아릴 수 없는 상실과 고통에 대한 국제적인 보상과 배상 운동을 포함)

1) There would be Liberation and Redemption for the North Korean People (Including An International Movement of Compensation and Re-imbursement for Immeasurable Loss and Suffering)

2) 한국은 통일될 것입니다. (전 세계적인 지지 및 지원과 함께)

2) Korea would be Unified (With Worldwide Support)

3) 통일된 한국은 진실로 독립적이 될 것입니다. (다른 국가들의 영향력과 통제로부터의 자유)

3) The Unified Korea will become truly Emancipated (freed from the influence/control of other nations)

4) 북한 사람들과 남한 사람들 간의 깊은 화해가 있을 것입니다. (북녘 형제 자매들을 위한 남한 사람들의 희생적인 연합된 시위의 결과)

4) There will be Profound Reconciliation between North and South Koreans (as a result of South Koreans demonstrating sacrificially and unitedly for their North Korean brothers and sisters)

1989년 동독(베를린 장벽 붕괴와 통독) 및 1986년 필리핀(독재자 페르디난도 마르코스 축출)에서 일어난 성공적인 시위와 1955년~1968년 미국 인권운동을 기억할 때 중요한 교훈은, 이 세 가지 경우 모두 기도운동으로부터 시작되었거나 기도운동과 긴밀하게 연결되어 있었으며 교회의 리더십을 통해 촉발되고 진행되었다는 점입니다.

Something important to remember about the successful demonstrations in East Germany of 1989, the Philippines of 1986 (which ousted dictator Ferdinand Marcos), and the American Civil Rights Movement (1955-1968) is that all three either came out of or were inextricably connected to the prayer movement and were fostered through the leadership of the Church.

북한에서는 약 700만 명이 지금 당장 굶어 죽어가고 있습니다...

An estimated 7,000,000 people are starving to death right now in North Korea...

이 사람들을 위하여 사실상 아무 것도 행해지고 있는 것이 없습니다...

Virtually nothing is being done for these people...

아무런 범죄를 저지르지 않았음에도 바로 지금 가장 끔찍한 잔인함과 고문을 당하는 북한 정치범 수용소에서 죽어가고 있는 알려지지 않은 숫자는 적어도 25만 명이 됩니다...

An unknown number (at least 250,000) are dying in concentration camps of the most horrifying brutality and torture in North Korea right now having committed no crime...

그들의 생명을 구하기 위하여 실질적으로 아무 것도 행해지지 않고 있습니다...

Virtually nothing is being done to save their lives...

사망률(전국 매일 약 1,000명)로 보면, 북한의 인권 위기와 대학살은 오늘날 세계에서 가장 최악이며 즉각적인 개입을 요청합니다...

By death rate (an estimated 1,000 persons everyday), the North Korean human rights crisis and genocide is the worst in the world today and demands immediate intervention...

그럼에도 인류애에 거역하는 김정일 체제의 대학살과 범죄를 고발하는 유엔 및 국제 형사재판소의 어떠한 행동도 없었습니다...

Yet somehow there has been no action from the United Nations and International Criminal Court to indict Kim Jong Il’s regime of genocide and crimes against humanity...

국제 공동체와 책임을 지닌 정부들(미국, 중국, 러시아, 남한, 일본)의 침묵은 통탄스럽고도 소름끼치는 일입니다...

The silence of the international community and responsible governments (America, China, Russia, South Korea and Japan) is heartbreaking and appalling...

1989년 9월, 베를린 장벽을 무너뜨리고 독일의 통일을 가져온 항의와 시위운동이 동독 도시들에서 시작되었습니다...

In September of 1989 protests and demonstrations began which led to the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the unification of Germany...

이 시위의 20주년에, 전 세계 사람들은 한국의 통일을 가져올 끊임없는 절박한 부르짖음을 시작할 것입니다.

On the 20th anniversary of these demonstrations, people from all over the world will begin unceasing demonstrations and protests which will lead to Korea’s unification.

모든 북녘 동포들의 자유와 생명을 요구하는 전 세계 운동에 모두 동참해 주시기 바랍니다.

Please join the global movement to demand freedom and life for all North Koreans.

다음의 기도 요청들은 지금 당장 생명이 커다란 위험 가운데 처해있는 10명의 북녘 동포들이 보내온 것입니다.

The following prayer requests were given by 10 North Koreans whose lives are currently in great danger.

1. 우리의 소원 통일.

Our hope is unification between the North and South.

하늘에 계신 우리 거룩한 아버지, 6.25 전쟁을 끝내주시고, 한반도를 아버지 능력으로 통일 시켜주십시오.

Our Holy Father, please stop the war that started on June 25 (1950), with Your power, unite the Korean Peninsula.

2. 먹을 양식을 주십시오.

Please give us our daily bread.

아버지 우리 북한은 지금 7백만 명이 굶주림에 허덕이고 있습니다. 우리한테 먹을 양식을 보내주십시오.

Father, our country has 7,000,000 people who are starving now. Please send us food to eat.

3. 우리나라 지도자 김정일, 김정운 회개하게 하여 주십시오.

Help our leaders Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un to repent.

그들한테 모든 사탄과 악령이 떠나가게 하여 주십시오. 군대들에게도 모든 사탄, 악령이 떠나가게 하여 주십시오. 모든 관리들한테도 떠나가게 하여 주십시오.

Cast Satan and all evil spirits away from the leaders and the military.

4. 국경 열어 주십시오.

Please open our country’s border.

아버지 능력으로 중국국경 열어주고 더는 우리의 탈북자들 북송 하지 않게 하여 주십시오.

Father, with Your power, open our border with China. Please prevent the refugees from being repatriated.

5. 아버지의 능력으로 모든 북한의 정치범 수용소를 해방시켜 주십시오.

Father, with Your power, please open the gates of the North Korean political concentration camps.

정치범 수용소에 들어가면 살아나올 수 없습니다.

Because Lord, You know if we go into the concentration camps, we won’t come out alive.
